Custom Installer with multilanguage support
The installer installs the executable into the file WinSCP. The more i look at it the more i have the impression installahion i only nee the three values for German as they are generated in the iss code here:. It corresponds to name of the downloadable translation files. The translation is contained in a separate file.

To generate a key pair, use the PuTTYgen application. It allows managing several FTP servers. The files can be generated from data in "translations" module of CSV.
